QingCloud is a private concierge and lifestyle management practice. We work for a deliberately small circle of individuals and families whose lives run across cities and time zones, and we handle the requests that fill their inboxes — from a same-day charter to a school search on another continent.
There is no app, no call centre and no script. Each client corresponds with people who know their preferences, their households and their calendars, and who answer at whatever hour the question arrives. We measure our work in problems that never reach you.
